We will be hosting a job fair next week (Monday thru Wednesday). Specific details below. Please read carefully. Ideal candidates will need to have a commitment to the highest standards of food and service and be able to work with a growing team of professionals dedicated to the fine dining experience.

SERVER
MONDAY, JULY 30th
Time: 9:30am – 12pm & 1pm – 6pm
- Minimum 3 years of previous serving experience required
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a fine dining restaurant
- California food handler certificate required
- Must be knowledgeable of food and wine pairings and service techniques
- Work well under pressure and have a positive attitude

MANAGER
TUESDAY, JULY 31st
Time: 9:30am – 12pm & 1pm – 6pm
- Bachelor’s Degree or of equal level preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, reservation systems, Point of Sale
- Is responsible, organized, personable, enthusiastic, and an effective communicator
- Sincere interest and passion for food, wine, and customer service
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety policy and Labor Laws
- Requires daily physical tasks of lifting, and standing for long hours

BARTENDER & HOSTESS
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 1st
Time: 9:30am – 12pm & 1pm – 6pm
Bartender:
- Minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Knowledge of basic cocktail and mixology recipes
- Knowledge of bar setup and sanitation
- Serve Safe Food Handling and Alcohol certification required
- Ability to interact with diverse and high volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner
- Outgoing, personable, and has great communication skills
Hostess:
- Minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience working in a high-volume restaurant
- Knowledgeable with use of Open Table program
- Great communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Ability to interact with diverse and high volume customer base in a friendly and professional manner
